QA Engineer

My client is a large software consultancy business based in Dublin who is looking for a QA Engineer for a 6 month Contract with possible extension.

This role offers an opportunity to work with a well-known organisation as well as a competitive daily rate of €450 per day and hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

• Create test cases to identify areas that require improvement in line with the test plan for both automated and manual testing .
• Work with other technical teams in order to complete project specific testing in lien with agreed deadlines.
• Use debugging tools to identify and isolate potential bugs
• Develop a testing strategy that will cover all stages of the developmental lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in an agile environment, analysing complex solutions and creating the appropriate test strategies
• Minimum 7 years QA testing experience
• Experience of testing applications across Desktop and Mobile devices
